Updating the programme 'evenementen medewerker' with the help of market data and qualitative research with students, teachers and future employers.

Summary. ImpactWork and I collaborated to update the programme for ROC. In 2 months internal and external research was conducted. My responsibility was the qualitative research and journey creation.
