What I do do:
- 1. Dive into (user or client) data.
- 2. Map visual customer journey to provide overview.
- 3. Prioritize must haves from nice to haves to create focus.
- 4. Implement solutions fast by prototyping and fast testing with users.
What drives me is people and fun.
I want to help the customer get their job(s) done in a delightful way.
