Summary. Impact Work, www.impactwork.io, and I collaborated to dive into the world of secondment for the Public Services in The Netherlands. I conducted 24 interviews with employees as well as interim consultants. And summarised the insights into journeys.
These journeys were the input for 2 strategy sessions in which the biggest painpoints were identified, discussed and prioritsed. The organisation directly took action on marketing and recruiting efforts as per our advise.
