Look into motivations and needs of the interim consultants and employees to understand how to improve the Employee Experience (to improve recruiting efforts and reduce turnover).

Summary. Impact Work, www.impactwork.io, and I collaborated to dive into the world of secondment for the Public Services in The Netherlands. I conducted 24 interviews with employees as well as interim consultants. And summarised the insights into journeys.

These journeys were the input for 2 strategy sessions in which the biggest painpoints were identified, discussed and prioritsed. The organisation directly took action on marketing and recruiting efforts as per our advise.
